About Synergy
Our Services
Synergy brings advanced wound care directly to your bedside, whether that is at your home or in a nursing facility. We offer conventional wound care services including selective debridement, compression therapy, wound vac application and comprehensive dressing changes. In addition we provide an advanced therapy called Ultramist, which delivers ultrasound energy to the wound bed to improve blood flow, remove bacteria and promote tissue healing.
Our Therapists
Our team consists of experienced, wound care therapists. Each of our therapists has earned their doctorate within their specialty and has undergone rigorous training in the field of wound care. Our therapist will work closely with your doctor to provide a collaborative approach to healing your chronic wounds.

Our mission is simple: to heal wounds. Chronic wounds can be extremely taxing on people and our mission is to improve your quality of life by helping you to achieve wound closure. We do this by addressing root causes and providing advanced therapies within the comfort of your home or facility.
